The following online tool is designed by the American Academy of Pediatrics and uses the same phone triage advice as our nursing team.

Click on the image or the button below, and select the area on the body where your child is experiencing symptoms. That will prompt a list of symptoms, select the specific symptom, and the site will provide information more information about that specific symptom.

At the top right of the screen will be two additional tabs. The second tab will inform you on signs and symptoms which would indicate that your child needs to be seen, including the urgency of timing for that visit. The third tab gives you home advice to help your child feel better.
